duds

the RSVPs are starting to arrive in our mail box and eight weeks doesn't seem like much time at all! as everyone's anticipation grows, our collective thinking goes to the very important topic of attire...

the only requirement for what to wear to the ceremony and reception is that it be something that is comfortable for hot weather. for the guys, we don't anticipate there being a tie in sight, and for the ladies, several of you have said that you are planning to wear a cotton sundress or something similar, which is perfect. everyone should think first and foremost about wearing something that is cool and comfortable since both the ceremony and reception will be outside (the restaurant at bula bula is open air). temperatures are reliably in the 90s -- my iphone tells me that right now, at 7:30pm costa rica time, it's 82 degrees in liberia and today's high was 92. indeed, it will be a hot and casual affair.

let us know if you have any questions as the trip approaches, and we'll be sure to use the blog to share any responses that are relevant to the group.

two months and counting!
