my kayak travel alerts tell me that things are looking good today for flight prices from seattle, portland and pittsburgh to liberia. the quotes below are based on flights leaving for liberia on march 20th and returning on march 28th. even if your planned flight dates are different from those, it's probably worth checking kayak.com to see if fares on your days have come down as well.
seattle: roundtrip (with one stop) dropped $86, to $649
portland: roundtrip (with one stop) dropped $57, to $671
pittsburgh: roundtrip (with one stop) dropped $73, to $603
when brendan flew to liberia from seattle in spring 2008, the fare was in the neighborhood of $600. there is certainly a chance these fares will go even lower with the trip still being 6+ months away, but i thought i would let everyone know in case you are feeling antsy about getting your flight squared away.
